Zhong Xin Dao I Liq Chuan

Martial Art of Awareness

At the Heart of the Center lies the Path

GM. Sam F. S. Chin

Zhong Xin Dao I Liq Chuan, is an internal style of Chinese martial arts based on the principles of Tai Chi and Zen philosophy.

The style focuses on developing internal energy (Qi), creating proper body structure for the effective use of internal strength, and includes exercises for balance, coordination, and meditation.

The main goal of Iliqchuan is to achieve internal harmony, balance all body systems, and complete self-control.

As a martial art, it teaches defense and attack techniques, using the opponent’s strength against them, and also helps improve physical and mental health, flexibility, endurance, coordination, and strength.
